Five years ago, driven by a deep curiosity and a desire to understand my body as a woman, the process of pregnancy, and birth, I began my training as a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher<\/strong>.<\/p>

I began this path guided by intuition, without fully knowing where it would lead me. Very soon, I understood the meaning behind that calling: supporting women on their journey through motherhood was \u2014 and still is \u2014 my path<\/strong>.<\/p>

Shortly after completing my training and beginning to teach prenatal yoga<\/strong>, I found out that I was pregnant too. Through study, observation, and experience, I came to understand how the body works throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding. Witnessing physiological births, seeing women give birth in different environments and positions, helped me integrate something essential: giving birth lying down on a hospital bed is just one option among many<\/strong>.<\/p>

The more I understood the process and the more connected I felt with my body and my baby, the safer, more confident, and calmer I became. I remember looking forward to my birth with excitement, joy, and a deep sense of trust \u2014 like a child waiting for Christmas morning.<\/p>

And then the night arrived.\nI surrendered to the process, to each wave, to every sensation. After 26 hours of free movement, vocalisations, singing, showers, and warm water baths, Famara was born in our bedroom, surrounded by love.<\/p>

The moment I gave birth, I felt invincible. Powerful.
With the deep knowing that, if I had been able to do that, I could do anything.<\/p>

After Famara\u2019s birth, I spent four years accompanying many women and families<\/strong> through prenatal yoga classes<\/strong>, Hypnobirthing birth preparation courses<\/strong>, and individual support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. These were years of deep listening, of holding real and unique processes, and of confirming time and time again that when a woman feels informed, supported, and respected, her experience can completely transform.<\/p>

During those years, the pregnancy retreats in Tenerife<\/strong> were also born, both as weekend retreats and one-day experiences. Spaces created with great care, where women could pause, listen to themselves, inhabit their bodies, and connect with their babies away from external noise and expectations. These retreats became a natural extension of the way I support women: presence, information, intimacy, and genuine holding.<\/p>

Four years later came the home birth of my second daughter, Anaga. A birth supported by a deeply respectful home birth team<\/strong>, my partner, and my eldest daughter. Experiencing that birth from a place of accumulated experience, trust, and the right support was profoundly transformative.\n\nIt was a beautiful and empowering birth, where I surrendered to the process once again with calmness and presence. From that experience, not only was my daughter born; I was also reborn as a woman, as a mother, and as a professional<\/strong>, with an even deeper trust in physiological birth processes and in the importance of respectful support.<\/p>

My vision remains clear: pregnancy and birth are natural and safe processes<\/strong>, and every woman deserves a team that supports her with respect, knows how to hold her emotionally, and recognises her as the true protagonist of her own experience<\/strong><\/p>

From my perspective, birth does not need more control, but rather trust, patience, and support based on love, intimacy, and respect<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>

That is why, with me, you will find someone who walks alongside you, listens to you, and holds you. Someone who answers your questions, offers you clear, evidence-based information, and supports you throughout the journey so that you can reclaim your power and leave fear behind<\/strong>.<\/p>

Because the journey through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood is deeply transformative.\nAnd when a woman feels accompanied, supported, and held, everything becomes more possible<\/strong>.<\/p>
