Deep connection<\/strong><br data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"458\">In our first session, we slow down and take the time to really get to know you, your partner or birth companion, and how you\u2019re feeling as you move through this stage of your journey. We\u2019ll talk about your wishes, your fears, and what matters most to you for your birth and postpartum, creating a foundation of trust from which I can support you every step of the way.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"1052\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"795\">2. Personalised guidance and clear information<\/strong><br data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"798\">In our second session, I\u2019ll offer you evidence-based information about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, tailored to your individual situation. We\u2019ll take the time to answer your questions and explore the options available to you, so you can make informed decisions that feel right for you.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1231\">Together, we\u2019ll create your birth plan, taking the time to explore what matters most to you, your preferences, expectations, and needs, so you can approach your birth feeling confident and in tune with yourself.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1567\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1282\">3. Practical, emotional and physical preparation<\/strong><br data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1285\">In our third session, I\u2019ll support you in preparing for birth from a holistic perspective. We\u2019ll practise breathing and relaxation techniques, explore movement and different positions for labour, and make space for any fears, questions, or concerns you or your partner or birth companion may have.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1662\">The aim is for you to feel informed, connected, and confident in your body as you move through this journey.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1814\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1697\">Support between sessions<\/strong><br data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1700\">You don\u2019t have to navigate this journey on your own between sessions. You can reach out to me whenever you have questions, need to talk something through, or simply want to feel a little more held and supported along the way.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"2015\">Choosing this package is a step towards feeling more informed, connected, and supported as you journey through motherhood. I\u2019ll be by your side to listen, walk alongside you, and remind you of the strength you already have within you as you prepare to give birth in your own way.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2017\" data-end=\"2105\">Your partner or birth companion is an important part of this journey too.
